If you follow me on Instagram and/or Facebook, you know that I’ve been tinkering with table decor. I wanted to use what I had to make an interesting and different table display for Easter.
Welp, so much for that idea…
I fiddled and fiddled, but never got my original idea to work, so I scattered those pieces around the kitchen for a touch of Easter everywhere.
And then I did what any Spring-starved woman would do in my situation: I went to Hobby Lobby.
This table runner! Instant love. It’s woven with soft spring colors of turquoise, peach, yellow, and two shades of green. Such great texture. It’s the perfect base.
At first I had the bunnies and pedestal bowl directly on the runner, but then I was inspired to use my favorite charcuterie board. I think it helps the whitewashed bowl and bunnies stand out. Plus, it coordinates well with the wood table top.
I didn’t even get all the way into Hobby Lobby before I saw these darling natural braided bunnies. I tried like everything to find them online so I could give you a link, but they didn’t have them on Hobby Lobby’s website and similar ones are out of stock at Target. So, you’ll just have to take yo’self to your nearest Hobby Lobby and go to their Easter decor aisle. Bonus–they’re on sale 40 percent off!
The cute bowl on a pedestal IS on their website. Click here for this fabulous whitewash mango wood pedestal bowl. I don’t remember where I got the moss ball, but you can find one similar here. I finished it off with a couple of pieces of greenery I had stashed in the closet.
I couldn’t decide between these chargers, so I got both and mixed them. The scalloped one is a creamy white wood. The other is a black melamine base with a glossy, printed top, and there were four different bird designs. I love the soft colors for spring. You can find them here.
I also found these woven placemats at Hobby Lobby. You’ll have to go to the store to find the pale aqua, but here’s a link to the natural woven one here. I love the texture they add to the layers of the place settings. And here’s a link to the peach fringed napkins and the whitewashed wood napkin rings.
What do your Easter plans look like this year?
